Current supplement schedule (always taken with some food, either at main meal or with snack):

AM: multivitamin, Glucosamine & Chondroitin, fish oil

Lunch: fish oil, Glucosamine & Chondroitin

PM: fish oil, Glucosamine & Chondroitin, probiotic

 

Other “supps”: Neon Sport Pre-workout, Cellucor Whey Protein (sometimes as breakfast meal or before workout snack), EVL Nutrition A-10 Amino Matrix (during and post workout), MusclePharm Casein Protein (before bed)
